For the past three weeks , I’ve had the privilege to take six dedicated staff members from the wellness clinic in Albert Park, through powerful stress reduction practices. Yesterday, I was greeted by the owner of the clinic , who shared these heartwarming words with me :” Because of you, we’ve all had a great night of sleep “, and for me personally, being greeted by this feedback is more than enough. Quality sleep is the foundation upon which our bodies function at their optimum. When we sleep well, we are more focused, energetic, and better equipped to handle the challenges of our busy lives.
